Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide speech-language pathology services in a K-8 school setting located in Longmont, CO, from December 1, 2025, through May 29, 2026. The position is a contract role offering full-time hours of 37.5 to 40 per week, with part-time options now available. This opportunity welcomes Speech-Language Pathologists who hold an SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and are certified for school practice, including candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech therapy services to students with mild to severe communication needs.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35-40 students, primarily serving K-8 grade levels.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and referral processes for speech and language concerns.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings to support student goals.
- Collaborate with educators and families through consultations to enhance student progress.
Qualifications:
- Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed by the appropriate state education department; proof of certification required.
- Current SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates considered.
- Experience working with school-aged children in a K-8 environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseload and participate in team meetings.
- Ability to provide onsite services, with flexibility for part-time assignments.
